The three-question check runs entirely in your browser and is not sent anywhere. If you submit the contact form, we receive the email address you enter, and — only if you fill them in — your name, company and the description of what you need.

We use what you submit to reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to put you in touch with an EPR provider. Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Traffic is measured with Google Analytics 4 (property G-KZXMZTR0G7). A submitted form is delivered to us by email through Resend and as an internal notification in Slack. Each of these acts as a processor on our behalf.

Your email address, company name and message are never sent to analytics. Analytics receives page views and anonymous interaction events only.

The processors above may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the transfer mechanisms offered in their own terms. If you would rather not have your data leave the EEA, do not use the form — the checklist downloads from your result without giving us anything.

Form submissions are kept while the request is open and for as long as we may need to answer follow-up questions. You can ask for deletion at any time and we will delete unless we are legally required to keep something.

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to hola@eprcheck.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
